1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8ace ("8ace," "we," "us," or "the Platform"). 3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8ace platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 8ace reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and such other information as 8ace may request from time to time. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 8ace is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by you.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

8ace operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, or passport) and supporting documents before withdrawals are processed. 8ace reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until KYC verification is completed to its satisfaction.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered 8ace account. 8ace aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking hours on business days. 8ace reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. 4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 8ace platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). 8ace does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8ace platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 8ace platform without the prior written consent of 8ace.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 8ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8ace platform.

8ace does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 8ace shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 8ace's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy & Data
